How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime from "Subscription Management" in Settings. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your billing period.
My microphone isn't working / the tuner doesn't respond
Please allow microphone access in your browser settings. In Chrome, click the icon to the left of the address bar → 'Site settings' → set 'Microphone' to 'Allow'.
Can I transfer my practice data to a new device?
If you're logged in, your practice records are synced to the cloud and will be restored automatically when you log in on a new device. Guest mode data is stored in local storage and cannot be transferred between devices.
What instruments are supported?
We support 11 instruments: Flute, Clarinet (Bb), Oboe, Bassoon, Saxophone (Alto Eb / Tenor Bb), Trumpet (Bb), Horn (F), Trombone, Euphonium, and Tuba (Bb/C).
Can I get a refund?
We consider refunds for technical issues such as duplicate charges, or cancellations within 72 hours of the initial subscription. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
